About Olivia Cox

Olivia pursued schooling to become a Registered Dietitian after struggling with her own eating disorder. Since then, she has become passionate about helping people improve their relationship with food. She has worked in a variety of patient care settings, including inpatient, rehab, oncology, and outpatient clinics. Olivia has additional interest in working with clients on sports performance, GI conditions, and food-related challenges for neurodivergent individuals. She knows no two people have an identical lifestyle and considers each person's circumstances while providing education and collaborating on goals to work on together. Olivia believes anyone can have a healthy relationship with food with the proper support and is honored when clients choose to invite her on their journey toward food freedom. She graduated from Idaho State University with a Bachelor's in Nutrition and Dietetics and completed her Dietetic Internship at Utah State University. In her free time, Olivia enjoys renovating her home, training for marathons and other endurance events, traveling to new places, and playing with her two dogs, Hoka and Cinder.
