About Olivia Cox

My ideal client is someone who is looking to make sustainable lifestyle changes to improve their relationship with food. They want to make lasting improvements that enhance their quality of life, allowing them to focus their precious time and energy on things beyond their body or food choices. I specialize in working with clients who have eating disorders, disordered eating, GI conditions, and those focused on sports performance. I also have experience supporting neurodivergent individuals who may benefit from a different approach to help them succeed. Discussing food and eating can be extremely difficult and emotional, so I prioritize creating a safe, client-centered, and trauma-informed environment for these conversations. I am passionate about meeting my clients where they are and building trust over time. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Dietetics and Nutrition from Idaho State University and completed my Dietetics internship at Utah State University.
