What should a new client know about working with you?

You don’t have to have everything figured out before reaching out. Many of my patients are high-functioning on the outside but feel overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, or exhausted underneath. Whether you are struggling with focus, low mood, racing thoughts, burnout, relationship stress, or simply feeling unlike yourself, we will start where you are. Working with me is collaborative, compassionate, and practical. I take time to listen to your full story—not just your symptoms—and together we create a plan that fits your life. You can expect thoughtful medication management, supportive therapy, CBT-informed tools, and clear guidance without judgment. My goal is for you to leave each visit feeling heard, more hopeful, and equipped with realistic next steps toward feeling like yourself again.
