“This was the best experience I’ve had at a medical practice. Every single (minor) concern was taken seriously with tests and follow up tests. I ended up in my appt for 2 hours doing follow ups. I saw PA Olivia Lucchesi for the first time as a routine physical check up. She were attentive, kind, and really listened to my concerns. She explained my treatment options clearly and made sure I was comfortable with the plan. I never felt rushed, and she answered all of my questions thoroughly. My experience with PA Luchessi was amazing. She really put me at ease and did not rush me whatsoever. She took the time to really listen to what I was saying and give helpful insight. Bait and switch: I booked an appointment with a doctor at Medical Office of Manhattan that had availability. I got a message to say it was going to be someone else instead, I figured it was fine. Perhaps I should have looked more closely because I now realize the replacement person was not a doctor, she was a Physicians Assistant (PA). That is not the appointment I booked and they should not be able to switch a physician appointment with an appointment with someone who is not legally allowed to practice medicine. I'm also pretty sure people referred to her as "the doctor" throughout my visit.
The PA was actually really nice and if I had scheduled a PA appointment I would have been very happy with everything. But that bait and switch feels almost criminal.

The PA reviewed my chart, which made it simple to just her updates and make the appt smoother and less time consuming. The PA was empathetic with some of my medical issues I have been addressing and offered some
resolve. Due to a swollen thyroid the PA recommended we have an X-ray completed to ensure there were no concerns however she wanted to confirm work my insurance that the service was covered to avoid receiving an outstanding bill. When she could not confirm, she suggested we wait until we can confirm my insurance coverage before we discuss other alternatives. I appreciated her transparency and the options
she offered.

I had to look for a new PCP and office where they take your blood panel in the same location and was very happy and pleased with this location and the PA that saw me. Olivia asked all the questions and made me realize things I hadn’t before, and referred me to another specialty doctor that I should see. I appreciate her foresight and care. I would definitely recommend this office and specifically Olivia to anyone who’s looking for a new PCP. Also I received back my blood results in one day! With a note from Olivia on what I should work on :) A great experience and I look forward to my visit next year.

I appreciated that Dr/PA Lucchessi seriously considered and tried to understand my bizarre symptoms. She really helped to placate my fears and came up with a detailed plan to address every concern. Olivia is a thorough, empathetic and sincere provider who listened to my concerns and even addressed things I didn't consider even real issues. I feel validated for the first time in my life in a medical setting, honestly. Throughout the years, it's been easy for folks to dismiss me because none of my symptoms are outwardly physical, but here I got full panels, referrals and testing I never even heard of to rule out and also diagnose me of things I never had picked up on. This will be my new provider for the foreseeable future!
