Hi there! I’m Olivia McNally, a board-certified Physician Assistant passionate about providing compassionate, high-quality care to my patients. With experience in dermatology, plastic surgery, emergency medicine, and more, I love working closely with people to help them feel their best and understand their health every step of the way. I earned my Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Monmouth University and have a strong foundation in psychology and biology from Florida Gulf Coast University. This blend of education has helped me approach patient care holistically—balancing both medical and emotional well-being. In dermatology, I specialize in procedures like biopsies, cryotherapy, laser treatments, suturing, and dermatoscopy. I’m also skilled in venipuncture, injections, and wound care, always making sure to keep my patients comfortable and informed. As someone trained in EMR systems like EPIC, I take pride in keeping thorough, accurate records to support your care journey. I’m all about open communication, patient education, and working as a team to find the best solutions for your needs. Outside of the clinic, I stay up-to-date by attending conferences and webinars, always striving to bring the latest and greatest to my practice. I had an amazing time at this office. Everyone working was very professional and took good care of me. Olivia especially took great care of me during my full body exam . She was extremely detailed and explained everything very well.
I arrived to find the building completely dark and without power. The on-site security guard said they had a power outage around 4 AM and at the doctor should’ve called to cancel the appointment. It is now Monday afternoon and I have yet to hear from the doctor or the office regarding the situation. It was very unprofessional and I’m highly displeased with their practice.
