However, you do not need to suffer alone. Allow us at Valor Health to help you. Your mental health needs will be addressed in a timely manner to achieve optimal results. We promote the healthy mental development of children, adolescents, adults, older adults, and families. We prioritize the things in your life that matter most to you. We are accepting new patients! We offer both in-person and telepsychiatry services, allowing you to see a provider from the comfort of your home.
We care for patients with various psychiatric disorders, including Depression, Anxiety, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), PTSD, Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia, Schizoaffective Disorder, and Substance and Alcohol Disorders. We don’t just write prescriptions—our focus is on helping you achieve personal growth and empowering you to be your best self.
Your care is an important collaboration, and we will take the time to learn and understand who you are as a person. At Valor Health, we welcome clients of diverse backgrounds and anyone with their own unique identity. Our providers include professionals with advanced training, such as a Doctorate in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing from Brandman University. At this time, we see clients in person and via telehealth in the DMV (DC, MD, VA) area.

Lola was impeccable. She listened to my concerns and my troubles and gave insight into what she though the issue was. She ruled out some concerns I had as unfounded based on her experience (thinking I may be bipolar II) and she ended up prescribing me a starting 20mg dose of Prozac, which so far has been revelatory. I feel so much better now, already after a week being on it, and I can't wait to share the news at my follow-up appointment with her. I highly recommend Dr. Lola.
