I focus on building strong, trusting relationships with patients of all ages and their families by combining evidence-based care with a supportive and collaborative approach. What should a new client know about working with you?

When you work with me, you can expect a supportive, respectful, and collaborative environment where your voice and experiences truly matter. I believe that effective mental health care begins with building trust, so I take time to understand your concerns, goals, and personal story before developing a treatment plan. My approach is compassionate and individualized. I combine evidence-based medication management with thoughtful conversation about lifestyle, stressors, and emotional wellbeing so we can address the full picture of your mental health. Together, we will work toward improving your symptoms, strengthening coping strategies, and helping you feel more balanced and confident in your daily life. My goal is for you to feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout your care.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My process begins with a comprehensive initial evaluation where we take time to discuss your concerns, symptoms, medical and mental health history, and your goals for treatment. This helps me gain a full understanding of your unique situation so we can create a personalized care plan together. From there, we work collaboratively to determine the most appropriate treatment approach, which may include medication management, supportive therapy, lifestyle recommendations, and ongoing monitoring of your progress. During follow-up sessions, we review how you are feeling, evaluate how treatments are working, and make adjustments as needed. My goal is to provide consistent support, ensure your treatment is effective, and help you move toward lasting improvements in your mental health and overall wellbeing.
