Dr Dami was amazing; knowledgeable, kind, friendly, and patient. Listened to my questions; she was honest about limitations of credentials to certain hospitals, and that this practice was not an MFM. The procedure I was there for went well and the sonogram technician was lovely also. Once my appointment was done, I went to check out at the front desk and there was a rep of the office waiting for me. She assured me 'I had done nothing wrong' which was odd, and brought me into her office to review billing procedures, even though I had not asked for that. The interaction was reminiscent of a tone-deaf time share pitch; combative when I observed a contradiction in her statements, and then when asked to be shown a video, I declined. She gave me the overview of the video which took more than the 2 minutes it would have taken, even thought I said no. Generally there's some discomfort after I procedure I had and all I wanted to do was go home. It left me feeling uncomfortable and angry.

I already booked my next appointments! Dami listened to my concerns, explained what we would be doing, went over my results, showed me diagrams and helped me make informed decisions regarding my body. She didn’t just tell me what to do. The entire staff was pleasant and friendly.

There are so many things / reasons to recommendation this office and NP Oluwadamilola Taiwo-Oniga. She is exceptionally knowledgeable and is very thorough in explaining what is going on and why she is recommending any course of action/ treatment. She really listens & cares.
Things are explained in a way that contextualizes your medical ‘next steps’ so you really understand your visit.
Also a lot of perks in the office itself. Facilities are very impressive. I actually got a sonogram during my visit. Kind of like ‘one stop shopping!’
I thought getting the sonogram during my visit reflected how the office considered all aspects of a patient’s care.
Staff are also very personable.

Dami was incredible, as were the other staff members. So communicative and took everything I said into consideration. They fully believed my pain and concerns and went above and beyond to rule out any potential causes. Dami clearly walked me through everything she and the rest of the staff was going to do. She was also very friendly and kind, and made the whole experience less intimidating. It was my first time at the gynecologist, and I’m so grateful it was with a provider who made everything much less scary.
