What should a new client know about working with you?

Your comfort and well-being are my top priorities. I take a collaborative approach to care, working with you to understand your experiences and develop a treatment plan tailored to your individual needs. I believe in empowering my clients through compassionate listening, thoughtful guidance, and evidence-based care as we work together toward improved mental health. With the right support and treatment, it is possible to regain a sense of balance, clarity, and confidence. I invite you to schedule a 60-minute virtual intake appointment at a time that works best for you. Sessions are conducted in a private, convenient setting—whether from your home or another comfortable space. During our visit, we will explore your concerns in depth and, when appropriate, create a personalized treatment plan designed to provide meaningful and lasting relief.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My clinical approach is patient-centered, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based psychiatric care. I begin by establishing a respectful and supportive therapeutic environment to ensure patients feel heard and understood. During the initial 60-minute evaluation, I conduct a comprehensive psychiatric assessment that includes a detailed review of symptoms, psychiatric and medical history, current medications, and treatment goals. Based on this assessment, I work collaboratively with each patient to develop an individualized treatment plan that aligns with their clinical needs and personal goals. Treatment may include medication management, psychoeducation, and coordination of care as appropriate. I emphasize ongoing monitoring, shared decision-making, and thoughtful adjustments to optimize outcomes and minimize side effects. Follow-up care is structured to ensure continuity, symptom improvement, and safety. Patients are closely monitored, particularly during medication initiation or adjustment, with scheduled follow-ups to assess response and tolerability.
