What should a new client know about working with you?

No two patients are the same. My approach is patient-centered. I individualize my assessment and treatment plan. You will have significant input into your treatment plan as I will provide you options to ensure you are engaged in the process and it is personalized to you.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Initial visits are 60 minutes in duration. During this visit, the goal is to understand you and your mental health or/and addiction struggles and to formulate a plan to address them. Subsequent sessions last 20 minutes. Follow up schedule is individualized but ranges from 1 week to 3 months.
