“She was wonderful! She really took the time to listen, offer suggestions without being pushy and genuinely cares. She suggested a medication that my previous provider never suggested and the new medication seems to really fit my needs. She also made sure I knew how to contact her if I had any questions, especially when starting a new medication.”

What should a new client know about working with you?

I take a warm, collaborative, and personalized approach to care. I believe in creating a safe, judgment-free space where patients feel heard, respected, and supported. My style combines evidence-based medication management with supportive therapy and patient education, helping individuals make informed decisions about their mental health. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, ADHD (including non-stimulant options), bipolar spectrum disorders. I also have a strong focus on perinatal and postpartum mental health, women’s mental wellness, life transitions, and stress-related challenges. My approach is integrative and culturally sensitive, and I work closely with each patient to create a treatment plan that fits their unique needs, values, and lifestyle. Whether you're starting care for the first time or continuing treatment, my goal is to support your growth, healing, and long-term well-being.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

During a typical session, we’ll start by talking about what’s bringing you in—your symptoms, concerns, and goals. I take a thorough and compassionate approach to diagnosis, which may include discussing your medical and mental health history, daily functioning, and any past treatments. If appropriate, we may also use screening tools or questionnaires to better understand your experience. I provide both medication management and supportive talk therapy. Sessions often include exploring how you’re feeling, what’s working or not working, and identifying patterns or stressors. I aim to create a calm, nonjudgmental space where you feel safe to share openly. We’ll work together to develop a personalized treatment plan that supports your long-term mental health and multiple health service.
