Welcome to TH Mental Health Services — I'm Dr. Tola Danmole-Odimayo, a Doctorally-prepared, Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with over a decade of experience in mental health care. I am one of the founder of this practice and l have a deep commitment to compassionate, evidence-based treatment that meets patients where they are — emotionally, culturally, and clinically. At TH Mental Health Services, we believe "Together We Heal." My goal is to partner with you to find the most effective path toward wellness — whether that includes medication management, supportive psychotherapy, or advanced treatments like Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and Spravato therapy. You can expect a safe, judgment-free environment where your concerns are heard and your care plan is personalized. I value open communication, shared decision-making, and a whole-person approach to mental health. My process is collaborative, supportive, and tailored to your unique needs. We’ll begin with a comprehensive initial evaluation to understand your mental health history, current concerns, and goals. From there, I develop a personalized treatment plan, which may include medication management, supportive therapy, or other interventions like TMS or Spravato if appropriate. I check in regularly to monitor your progress, adjust the plan as needed, and ensure you feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout your care.
