“Dr.Lau came in with an extremely welcoming, kind presence and took the time to listen to all of my concerns. Each concern was addressed at length with all questions answered! He did complete a scope and throughly explained each finding as the test was being done and was very communicative about the process of the scope. He made me feel extremely comfortable, as I was nervous for the appointment!
