I had booked this appointment one month in advance so it would go smoothly. We were in communication via e-mail and they had come across friendly and receptive. Today was my appointment at 11am and at 10:45am they sent me an intake form. I finished it by 10:55 and they informed me that the doctor I booked has no available appointments in the forseeable future. They blamed zocdoc for this error, but I reminded them that we had been in communications via e-mail (as well as text) so at that point, there should be no issue on zocdocs end. They said they have a different provider at 8pm. I cannot do 8pm and let them know so they said we will find you a provider for 12pm, I said wonderful thank you. At 12:21pm they said "Hi, Most providers are fully booked today. And they don't have any vacant slot for the morning and in the afternoon. Thank you!"..... I said please delete my information since you already have my ID and SSN and they said "this is carefully noted". Thanks.

I made an appointment for 1pm and they messaged me and said it wasn’t available and asked if I could do the appointment the next day. I said no I wasn’t available which was why I didn’t make the appointment for then. They then asked if I could do it at 3 and I reluctantly said OK. I waited over 25 minutes on a zoom call for the “doctor” to show up. She said “you look mad.” I said yes I’m mad. I work 70+ hours a week. The appointment is about my anxiety. So yes, I do feel anxious when I’m left staring at a blank screen with a message saying “Jane will be with yo soon” (you wasn’t even spelled correctly). So beyond unprofessional. She prescribed me medication. When I picked it up, I see it’s for 15 days. She didn’t even mention a follow-up appointment. An absolute horror show of a place. Do not book. Your anxiety will worsen and they make sure to get that co-pay before the appointment so you are stuck waiting or won’t get refunded.

Office called me 10 minutes prior to my appointment saying Dr. was not actually taking new patients. I informed them they should probably update their zocdoc description as I now didn't have enough time to to see a provider when I could have arranged it had they told me sooner. Then they pushed to get me to reschedule with a NP (for tomorrow while I'm at work- not helpful). Created a huge hassle as I specifically blocked off the time for the appointment and then was out of luck for finding a provider in time. I don;t know if Zocdoc even cares as I was able to book 2 providers after some digging, neither even called me back after asking re the fee (self pay) OR EVEN SHOWED UP to the appointments. I literally wasted a day sitting around waiting for appointments where none of them had the decency to inform me they didn't feel like showing up for it, when a pt does that usually I'd have to pay a fee. The fact that I was out 3/3 makes Zocdoc not an option as this is too unreliable.

Willing to work with me to find the right mix of medicine I needed for my anxiety issues. Not only listening to me but working with my therapist, being willing to narrow down what couldn't have been which was extremely professional. Even when I found the perfect mix he was more than happy to answer all my questions when I was curious about how my body was possibly reacting to it; as well as being a professional in making sure I was adjusting well and looking for a new solution if not.

He listened to my concerns, was transparent and thorough in the psychiatric eval, and most importantly genuinely cared about what I was going through. Dr Momah was excellent. He listened to me and gave me his diagnosis. Then listed several different treatment options we could try. The whole time he made me feel comfortable and almost as if I was speaking to a friend and not a dr that doesn’t care. I’m not going to see him bi weekly because of how well I felt about my experience. I can’t say enough good things about him.

Very vague in follow up directions. Told to get several things completed including EKG test and said to get back to him by Friday if I could; this was a Wednesday afternoon. That’s a lot of stress to put on someone calling about anxiety and executive dysfunction issues. No forms that I was told to complete before making the next appt have been sent to me or on my online portfolio or app. No referral for the testing was given until I called the office to ask after going to 2 places that rejected me for the EKG. I had a huge panic attack. When EKG referral was sent it was not clear and complete and testing office had to reach out to office for clarity. So much stress to put on a patient seeking help. This has not been a positive and professional al experience thus far and adds to the reasons of not seeking mental health earlier.
