What is your typical process for working with clients?

All our appointments are conducted via telemedicine, which means you are able to connect via a video link from the comfort of your home. We offer weekend and after-hours appointments for your convenience. Our initial visit consists of a 60-minute comprehensive evaluation to determine diagnoses and individualized treatment plans. Our follow up appointments are typically 20 minutes long, but could last longer depending on the situation. In addition to medication management, supportive psychotherapy may be incorporated to assist in self direction and self-efficacy through exploration of goals and outcomes, positive coping mechanisms, problem solving, summary reflection, and lifestyle modifications. After scheduling your appointment, a link would be sent to join the virtual visit. You would also be sent a link to complete some forms. Please note that these forms have to be completed before our providers are able to see you. Please be advised that there are no guarantees that we will be able to prescribe certain medications to you. Treatment plan is based on a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation utilizing evidence based treatment guidelines. We require that you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment. Failure to do so may result in a no-show/late cancellation fee of $100.
