The office is very clean, Staffs is always very nice & helpful. When I got there, instead of waiting in the waiting room full of people. They checked me in and told me I can wait in my car and they will call me when it's my turn. I went next door had lunch within 30 mins they called and tell me to come in. I went straight into the room, nurse checked my blood pressure & temperature. Shortly doctor came in. Didn't have to wait long. Best of all, Doctor was very knowledgeable & a great listener. Thank you very much! I'm giving a 10 stars to staffs & Doctor at Optum Urgent Care in Glen Oaks!
