“The receptionists, nurse, and doctor were very nice! The doctor was very helpful! The doctor even offered to do research a new medication that I need instead of just prescribing something that might not be approved by insurance! I have never had a doctor consider what would be covered by insurance without me asking first. I was very impressed with this office and they had no issue accepting me and my service dog! I would highly recommend this office!”

Saw her because im a nurse practitioner and specifically wanted my new PCP to be a doctor and not another NP. She barely did a physical exam on me and didnt ask any relevant questions regarding my medical history. She said she doesnt prescribe birth control pills and leaves that for specialists which I found pretty odd. The medical assistant said my physical form would be emailed to me after my labwork came back and they didnt. When I call to request it they say someone will call me back but they dont. So had to go to a local walk in clinic to a random NP to get birth control pills and a physical done again because I need a hard copy for my job.

The reviews about the front desk provided some hesitation on whether or not to book, but I'm glad I did. I strongly believe there might be some culture difference that may be misinterpreted with their straight to business demeanor. They answered the questions and are direct but overall good customer service. The medical assistant is very friendly and welcoming, and Dr. Rubinshteyn was amazing at listening to my concerns, taking her time to explain the next steps, and offering different options that work with my schedule and needs. Will definitely add Dr. Rubinshteyn and her facility to my list next time I seek medical care.

I never been in a efficient clinic and doctor before! Everything was clear, easy, on time! The personal was friendly, the clinic clean! The time for my appointment was good! The service was fast and I found an appointment the same day so was awesome, normally I needed to wait mouths for one attention! So I am really happy with the service

Staff, nurses, and Doctor Rubinshteyn were friendly! Wait time was reasonable as well (waited maybe 10 minutes). Dr. Rubinshteyn didn't perform a physical examination aside from Lung / Heart check. Not a knock against her, more of a heads up if you're more accustomed to a more thorough physical exam. She was friendly and listened to my concerns and she gave referrals and directed me to specialists for my concerns.

- Front desk receptionist was very friendly and made sure that all my information was correct.
- Wait time was less than 15 minutes. So that was a huge positive note for me.
- Nursing assistant was very organized and pleasant while taking my vitals.
- Dr. Yelena was very professional and is genuinely a nice person that ? ?listens and was so attentive to any of my concerns.
Side note: There are two doors upon arriving and the entrance is up the ramp. Slight miscommunication with one of the receptionist over the intercom but overall not a big deal?

The office was nice. They need a bigger sign that says to enter by the ramp. There was a front desk receptionist that kept making a sound as if she was snorting mucous and spitting it out. It was a very disgusting sound for a medical office. Other than that the staff was nice and friendly. I really liked the doctor

I wish there is a 0 star. This is the worse doctor visit I’ve have had. I visited the office because of the headache, the doctor did nothing but only gave me a blood test which is covered by my insurance. A month later, I was billed for all different charges and prescriptions that I never received!!!!
I called the office the the front desk was rude and passes the buck to the lab.
Totally wasted of my time and money. Never visit and don’t waste your money and time.

I really enjoyed my visit here as a new patient. All of the staff was very polite and welcoming. The office was clean and comfortable. There were about 3 people ahead of me when I got there and my wait time was about 25-30 minutes past my appointment time. I was out in about an hour. The doctor was very open to listening to the concerns I had and was very thorough. I would definitely come back here.
