Incredibly unhelpful and a waste of time. I came in because my partner had gotten a bad ear infection and ended up pretty sick (hacking cough for days, chills, needed antibiotics), I started having the same symptoms so I went in hoping to head it off, they tested me for Covid and strep and told me my ear looked fine despite the pain and the bad sore throat was just postnasal drip. They said I should go home and try vitamin c and Flonase, if it got worse I’d have to come back in, a zoom visit wasn’t an option. Eight hours later I’m home with a 100.7 fever.

The team is caring, receptive, informative. It’s clear they want to help- no sense of rush or lacking attention. Everyone I spoke with was patient and helpful. Willing to give time towards all concerns whether medical, insurance, etc.

My appointment was for 11 and they asked for me to arrive by 10:45, I was not even seated for 5 minutes before I was called. The nurse was so pleasant and delightful. The doctor was quick and efficient even called me 2 days later to follow up and see how I was feeling.
