The office contacted me multiple times, via phone, email, and text - in the two days before my appointment, and asked for my bank info before my first visit, which I thought was strange. The messages were excessive & required me to fill out a lengthly intake form, only to have my doctor ask me all the same questions without reviewing my form ahead of time. The office ensured that I would be able to get my prescription refilled virtually, then on the video call, I was told I had to have an in-person exam and the office is located very far from where I live. I told them I did not want to continue being a patient at this practice and that I needed my co-pay returned, since I did not receive any of my requested services. I still have not received a return.
