Service was extremely slow, considering I had an appointment scheduled. I notified the PA I was not happy about how long I had to wait and she told me they accept walk-ins as well. This sounds like a money grab like the entire medical industry does. Overbook more patients than the doctors are able to handle. This is terrible business and I hate the medical industry continues to operate like this. If I were late I would have likely been charged a late fee, but they allowed me to wait for a ridiculous amount of time. Even when I went to the back I waited for at least an hour before the doctor came in. Terrible!!! Shame on this establishment!

I would’ve appreciated being informed of the over an hour long wait -due to walk in being accepted and their visits overlapping into patients with appointments -BEFORE I checked in- which would’ve given me the opportunity to weigh my options and (1) reschedule or(2) go to another provider, but I wasn’t given that opportunity. Nonetheless, I did not allow my initial encounter with the front desk to dampened my mood. I was seen, and they did apologize for the delay.

I was very pleased with my visit, from check-in to checkout. Every staff member had great customer service and showed genuine care. I was seen at my appointment time and they all went the extra mile in trying to locate records from my previous doctors. I didn’t feel rushed at all and I almost forgot I was at an urgent care until they told me to follow up with a spine specialist. Highly recommended for emergencies or when you can’t see a specialist for a few weeks.

The entire experience was fantastic. I filled out a few forms, was checked-in right away. The wait was less than 5 minutes before being seen by the staff. I discussed my injury with the staff, had an x-ray, and received a referral all within less than 30 minutes.
