I was very pleased with my visit, from check-in to checkout. Every staff member had great customer service and showed genuine care. I was seen at my appointment time and they all went the extra mile in trying to locate records from my previous doctors. I didn’t feel rushed at all and I almost forgot I was at an urgent care until they told me to follow up with a spine specialist. Highly recommended for emergencies or when you can’t see a specialist for a few weeks.

The entire experience was fantastic. I filled out a few forms, was checked-in right away. The wait was less than 5 minutes before being seen by the staff. I discussed my injury with the staff, had an x-ray, and received a referral all within less than 30 minutes.

Called ahead to advise I was running late and they were very understanding. Called ahead to ask about parking. They were very helpful. Couldn't ask for a better fro t desk. The entire staff was professional but still relaxed and friendly. Great vibe.

The front desk experience was amazing. Very welcoming and friendly.
Once I was taken back, things felt very off. The took me to X-rays without even touching or looking at the part of my body that was bothering me. It felt like they were just ready to make money with X-rays.
When I went to the X-ray, they were clearly training the person doing it, but didn’t give me any kind of a warning. It felt odd that it wasn’t acknowledged.
Once the X-ray was complete and the provider came back, she didn’t seem to like that she couldn’t quickly diagnose me. She said my symptoms didn’t lead to anything specific and said “you could get an MRI if I want” and “you could wear a brace with if you want”
It felt like I was getting to be the doctor and making decisions for myself in lieu of her providing recommendations.
I left feeling like I needed to go to another doctor and had wasted my time.
