About Dr. Orville Hendricks

PLEASE NOTE: We will be happy to send you an invoice upon request which you can use to submit a claim to your insurance provider. Dr. Hendricks does not prescribe controlled medications per telehealth visits. If you need to reschedule your appointment, we will make our best effort to accommodate but require 24 hours notice. Dr. Hendricks obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology from the University of Toronto. He also obtained his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Toronto. He subsequently completed a Family Medicine Residency Program at McMaster University Hospitals in Hamilton Ontario. Dr. Hendricks is licensed to practice Medicine and Surgery by the University of the State of New York Education Department, Office of the Professions. He is also licensed to practice Medicine in the Province of Ontario and in the State of Florida. Dr. Hendricks is Board Certified with the American Board of Family Medicine and is a Fellow of the College of Family Physicians of Canada. He is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, Canadian College of Family Physicians, American Medical Association, Medical Society of the State of New York, Medical Society of the County of Erie, Canadian Medical Association, Ontario Medical Association and Catholic Medical Partners. He has served on the Faculty of Medicine at the State University of New York, Buffalo.
