What should a new client know about working with you?

I often use cognitive behavioral therapy un my practice. During the first session, I will explore why the client is seeking treatment, and then decide the most appropriate ways to help the client make progress. A patient centered approach that emphasizes the sharing of decisions with them is adopted with medication management.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

During our initial sessions, we discuss the issues at hand, collaborate and create a plan to address them in ways that help the client. The treatment plan is reviewed with the client according to the schedule for any updates or changes. Most of the clients see gradual relief in their symptoms within the first month and improvement thereafter.
