As an administrator (training and guest services specifically) for one of the most active and popular facilities in the Midwest, my standards are high regarding service. My Primary Care Physician, Dr. Owais Lodhi is an outstanding service provider. He maintains a strict balance of empathy, honesty, extensive knowledge and thoroughness that is consistent. The office and support staff are respectful and friendly, demonstrating confidentiality and professionalism without a stumble.

Dr Lodhi is always attentive and listens to my questions and concerns. He also lets me develop health plans and resolutions together. I am never rushed in a visit. Dr Lodhi always has a positive attitude, is professional and has a smile.

It is really hard to get a live person to talk with. When patients don’t feel good or have concerns, it is extremely hard to talk to a real person. There’s so many hurdles to get to speak to your doctors!! Seriously this is an awful system to help sick patients-a computer answer questions no human touch’s I will not refer anyone to see ascension doctors!
