About Oxana Romanov
Oxana is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She graduated with her bachelor’s and master’s degree from Long Island University School of Nursing, she has over eight years of experience caring for patients at Mount Sinai/Beth Israel Hospital.
Oxana comes to Vanguard Dermatology with extreme passion for learning and sharing knowledgeable and friendly care with her patients, showing her proficiency /in a wide range of procedures including treatment of acne, rosacea, eczema, psoriasis, and complex rashes, and performs lesion removals and skin cancer screenings. She has extensive training in both medical and cosmetic dermatology.
She promotes incorporating a healthy diet, regular exercise, spirituality, and stress reduction for optimal skin, hair and nail health. She enjoys engaging her patients in their care, answering their questions, and educating them so they can be empowered in making informed decisions about their health.

I think it was okay, there were so many people there they were standing in the hallway. I was let in early because only 1 other person was there to see this provider. I guess it was super busy but I went in for a serious issue and we barely spoke for 2 minutes. Wish I had more time to explain my problem.
