Getting to know Paige Bennett

You deserve mental health care that sees all of you, not just a diagnosis. I am a psychiatric nurse practitioner who works with adults in their 20s, 30s, and beyond living with depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and complex mood or thought related concerns. Trained at Ohio State and Vanderbilt, I bring experience from hospital dual diagnosis work and a high volume private practice. In sessions I slow things down, get to know what you enjoy and hope for, and partner with you to build a plan that fits real life.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Starting psychiatry can feel intimidating, especially online, but you do not have to do it alone. I am currently accepting new adult patients, with appointments available within the week. Together we will focus on realistic changes that lift your mood, ease anxiety, and help you feel more like yourself.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In a first visit we talk about what brings you in, your history with medication and therapy, and what life looks like day to day. We review options in clear language, including medication, therapy, and lifestyle supports, then choose next steps together and adjust them over time with follow up.
