“10/10! 5 gold stars!! I’m dealing with a medical issue that is extremely scary for me, and both Paige and the nurse (whose name I forget but she had blue hair!) were amazing. I felt calm in the office and they answered all my questions and concerns. The waiting room is super cute as they have stuffed animals throughout the room for kids which just shows me they care. Great experience. Will be back (hopefully just for a checkup this time!)”

I will never go back to Paige. I am a formal medical assistant and clinical case manager and I have never had a worse experience with a provider than her! This was my second visit and I reserved my thoughts till this time. She was rude and unempathetic. She doesn't seem to know what she is doing. It looked like she was asking AI or chat GBT questions. She won't manage basic medications and notified me of a possible serious condition that she didn't explain and got defensive when asked if a particular regemin was typical for this condition and told her I don't feel comfortable taking those kinds of medications. She deflects everything to an outside source. I had very basic questions and she didn't explain and was short. She left the office and didn't even say have a nice day. Not a caring provider at all and I will not go back!

The office was clean and the front desk staff were friendly. We waited a long time past our actual appointment time to be seen, and we were even told to come in 20 min early (by zocdoc). The PA was ok, not as friendly as I would have hoped. I also had to inform her about the medication interactions, when I would have expected her to be informing us.

Paige was incredible. An excellent listener, and made me feel so comfortable right away! She made sure to explain all my options thoroughly and reassured me completely. I felt much better walking out than walking in! I look forward to continuing to see her at future appointments. The office staff were also lovely!
