Dr. Spagna took five years off of my skin in a one hour session. Best derm I’ve ever been to. She prescribed everything I needed for my acne, acne scars, wrinkles everything. Super smart super professional great office. By next year I’m going to look 30 again at this rate lol. Couldn’t recommend more!!!

I am so happy I found Dr. Paige Spagna! She is an incredible, highly knowledgeable dermatologist,
I first saw her three months ago for a severe, inflamed issue on my back. She handled the initial minor procedure with the utmost professionalism, and the results are so seamless that the mark is already almost invisible! What I love most about Dr. Paige is how quickly and accurately she diagnoses skin problems—she takes care of issues right away instead of dragging things out over months.
Just today, she performed three different skin treatments for me in one visit, and everything went smoothly as always. She is a wonderful, highly skilled doctor, and I have already been recommending her to all my friends!

I was disappointed with my experience overall. The nurse was passive and dismissive when I expressed that I wanted a full-body annual skin exam, which was one of the main reasons for my visit. She insisted that I only check one are of concern.
Dr. Spagna was nice and helped remove a small milia under my eye, but the appointment felt extremely rushed. I was surprised that an iPhone flashlight was used during the procedure, which felt unprofessional. I was told the area would scab and heal without visible marks, but unfortunately, it has left a noticeable scar.
She also recommended a retinoid to prevent future milia but did not provide a prescription or recommend a specific product. I had to call the office afterward to request one.
The positive aspects were the clean office, friendly front desk staff, and skincare samples. Unfortunately, the clinical experience did not meet my expectations.

Doctor Spagna was incredibly friendly and professional and made me feel comfortable and taken care of during my time in her office. Not only that, but her staff were similarly friendly and welcoming and put me at ease. She patiently addressed all of my concerns and followed-up every point asking if there was anything else I needed to address with her, which not every doctor does. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured and left our appointment feeling listened to and all of my concerns addressed. I’m so glad to have found a professional and reliable dermatologist office, with the added bonus of a clean and calming interior, to continue my care with!

I was so happy with my experience. Dr. Spagna was so attentive and took her time addressing my questions and needs. During the visit we determined that I would need a very minor procedure, which she performed right away and she made sure to reassure me the entire time and made sure I was comfortable. I would definitely recommend this office and Dr. Spagna for anyone needing a dermatologist.

I didn’t get to see a doctor bc the office didn’t actually accept my insurance. They knew that before I arrived, but they didn’t contact me before I came, so I ended up going to the office and wasting my time. I would’ve really appreciated being contacted beforehand to spare me the trip, and so I could adjust my schedule.

Great visit in a beautiful peaceful office space. The Medical assistant had me in and prepped quickly and in no time dr spagna was seeing me. I’ve been to the office a couple of times for different treatments. I had xerf and Botox there- highly recommend the treatments too! Will definitely be back!

I had a great experience with Dr. Spagna, she did my botox and I'm so happy with the results. She was kind and educational and made sure to schedule a follow up in case I needed a touch up. I'll be back!

Dr. Spagna is the best—and most approachable—doctor I have ever met. From my first visit she listened carefully, explained things in plain language, and made me feel like a real partner in my care rather than just another chart. Her knowledge and clinical judgment are exceptional. Based on my symptoms and exam she accurately identified what was happening even before the biopsy results arrived, which immediately reduced my anxiety and helped us start the right next steps without delay.
Beyond her expertise, Dr. Spagna is genuinely caring. Her professionalism is matched by warmth and clear communication. She explained risks and options honestly, laid out a step-by-step plan, and followed up to make sure the plan was working. I left informed and reassured.
If you want a doctor who combines top-tier medical skill with compassion and real follow-through, I highly recommend Dr. Spagna. She made a stressful situation much easier to manage and I’m grateful for the excellent care she provided.
