Dr. Palmer Piana, a graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic Main Campus with a Doctor of Chiropractic degree and a Bachelor's from Southern Connecticut State University, is passionate about helping the Gallatin and Hendersonville communities achieve optimal health. At Life Charge Chiropractic, Dr. Palmer offers personalized care plans using advanced thermal imaging and digital X-ray technology to address the root causes of pain.

Dr Piana rescued me! I was in town celebrating my 60th birthday with friends. I woke up with severe neck pain radiating up into my head. As a life long chiropractic patient I knew I needed an adjustment! I quickly searched for a Palmer grad near me and found Dr Piana. I was taken in as an emergency patient. His adjustment was amazing. I left the office feeling great! My weekend would have been ruined without him!

Cannot recommend Dr. Palmer enough! The plan that he put me on has been amazing and felt completely personalized to me. He listened to me and helped get to the bottom of my issues. I have always struggled with migraines and Dr. Palmer has done wonders for me, and my migraines are now practically gone.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Piana since December or January 2023-2024 (respectively) for chronic hip and back pain from the Army. Dr. Piana listened to my concerns, planned a practice plan and has been seeing me weekly to make sure my body is taking the adjustments. If something doesn’t feel right, he takes a new approach to ensure the right path is taken!
Since then, we’ve worked hard getting me back to living a pain free lifestyle with massive success! My back and hips have never felt better!

I have been adjusted my whole life and Dr. Palmer provided exceptional care. I was soo in need for an adjustment after a long flight to Nashville. And Dr. Palmer at Life Charge Chiropractic made me feel like a new person. I 100% recommend going to Life Charge Chiropractic.
