Over time, I came to understand the importance of mental well-being and the need to seek help as global awareness around mental health grew. Being married to a servicemember, I also recognize the unique stresses and lifestyle that come with military life. This personal experience, along with my professional background as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with a Master's degree in Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing from Walden University, has shaped my approach to care. My goal is to support you through compassionate, culturally sensitive care and tailored treatments that address both your mental health and the lifestyle factors that shape your experiences. Together, we can work on improving your well-being and achieving your goals while reducing the stigma surrounding mental health. Additionally, I have had exposure to the LGBTQ+ community through peers and colleagues, which has enriched my understanding and deepened my commitment to providing inclusive, respectful, and affirming care for individuals from all backgrounds.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
