You are the expert on yourself, and I start by listening to your perspective and understanding your needs. I help identify underlying mental health concerns and create a plan that works for you. I also consider the impact of family, work, and relationships. My specialties include OCD, anxiety, adult ADHD relational issues, and couples and family counseling. Starting therapy can feel hard, and trust takes time. I’ll be patient as we build our relationship and you become comfortable with me.
