This was my first visit with the doctor Pamela Klennert today, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. She was so kind, professional, and friendly—she really took the time to listen and make me feel comfortable. The ultrasound technician and medical assistant were also wonderful, very patient and helpful throughout the visit. All of the staff were welcoming, respectful, and caring, which made the whole appointment smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate the excellent care and highly recommend this office!

After coming here for 10+ years and my family for 25 years I will not be returning. The office staff are always friendly but constantly get my insurance, prescription, address and copay wrong. Even when I try and verify things are correct in the system in advance it always is wrong. The clinical staff treat you like it’s a revolving door. They avoid doing exams or just don’t do them at all.

Great annual visit. This was m first time seeing Pamela- she was familiar with my chart/history. She asked if I am current on other medical stuff (primary, physical, blood work, mammo….). When I met with her after the exam she went over available results, told me when to expect other test results and then asked my preferences regarding follow up. Very happy with this visit and with Pamela.
