Pamela has delivered psychiatric care to individuals on inpatient and outpatient behavioral health units, provided support to callers on the 24-hour Crisis Hotline Services, and served as a team member of a community mental health outreach program. Pamela has nursing experiences in other specialties such as: Cardiac Step-Down Unit, Pediatrics/NICU, Med-Surg, and Home Health Care. Pamela currently provides mental/behavioral health services to male and female patients from ages 5 to 100 with a focus on treating symptoms that negatively impact the quality of a person’s life. In practice, Pamela focuses on educating patients regarding clinical symptoms, diagnoses, and prescribed treatment regimens for depression, anxiety, mood disorders, and PTSD. Patients who are armed with knowledge of their psychiatric diagnoses and prescribed treatments enjoy positive treatment outcomes that improve their daily lives and the lives of their families. Controlled substances are not prescribed. Pamela considers all bio-psycho-social aspects of an individual to provide holistic care to all who are assigned to her care. Pamela has been married for 38 years and has two adult children. Pamela enjoys cooking and baking, entertaining, dancing and singing, reading and writing, playing games, watching movies, and traveling with her family.
