Over the past 30 years, my career in healthcare has evolved from my first job as a respiratory therapist to my current role as a Family Nurse Practitioner. I earned both my Bachelor's and Master's in Nursing from Chamberlain University in Phoenix. That was by far, the best PCP visit I have ever experienced, and I’m 58! Dr Pamela Thomas took the time to listen to my issues and didn’t make me feel rushed. Dr. Thomas is the absolute best! I have gone to so many different doctors over the years and had lost faith that there were any good ones out there until I found her! I would highly recommend her to absolutely everyone! She is very kind and she listens to everything that you want to say. I was also very thankful that they do blood work right there in their office instead of sending you to an outside source. My entire experience with this clinic and with this doctor was the best I have had since I moved to Arizona 10 years ago!

Friday midday is about the slowest I've ever seen them. It was a great experience I saw my doctor and had labs done in under 30 minutes. My doctor was incredible.

My health is incredibly complex. I’ve had many doctors take their frustrations out on me or choose to only handle one thing at a time. For someone whose issues are multi systemic and a caregiver I needed to find a PCP that could be a good health partner. Mostly I need referrals and prescriptions from a PCP as specialist are the ones trying to figure things out.
At the first appointment I handed Pam 6 pages of information detailing my current specialist progress and a list of issues requiring more specialist. She was able to take in the information, make sure we were on the same page and get over 6 referrals requested. She was kind (as was her nurse) and the communication was excellent in establishing expectations. She also ordered labs and diagnostics. She had an EKG performed in office and a test I had never had done (blood pressure cuffs on all extremities).
I’ve been sick for 38 years (since I was 4). This was the best initial PCP appointment I have ever had by a lot!
