What should a new client know about working with you?

When you work with me, you can expect a warm, collaborative, and judgment-free experience from the very first visit. My style is grounded in whole-person care, which means I look at your physical health, mental health, lifestyle, and personal goals together—not as separate issues. Your story, preferences, and values shape every part of your care plan. I take a conversational approach, and I make space for honest, open dialogue. You never need to worry about being rushed, judged, or dismissed. Whether you’re managing a chronic condition, exploring mental health concerns, wanting support with weight management, or seeking aesthetic treatments, my goal is to understand what matters most to you and work with you to get there. You’ll also have access to concierge-level support. That means you can reach out with questions, concerns, or updates even outside traditional office hours. I want you to feel supported between visits—not just during them. I believe that trust is the foundation of good healthcare. I will always explain your options clearly, help you understand the “why” behind recommendations, and involve you in every decision. My role is not to tell you what to do, but to guide you with evidence-based care, compassion, and respect. Above all, I want CareNexus to feel like a safe place to be yourself. People come here with different backgrounds, identities, and health goals, and every person deserves care that feels welcoming, inclusive, and affirming. You will never be judged for where you are in your journey. If you’re looking for personalized, whole-person healthcare with consistent support, clear communication, and a provider who truly listens, you’ll feel right at home here.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

A session with me is calm, conversational, and centered on your goals. I start by getting to know what brought you in, how you’ve been feeling, and what you hope to change. I take time to listen so we can build a clear picture before making any decisions together. For mental health visits, I use a thorough but relaxed diagnostic approach. We talk about your symptoms, patterns, daily impact, and treatment history. While I don’t provide long-term talk therapy, I use supportive techniques and motivational interviewing in every session. If medication is considered, we review options, risks, and benefits so you feel fully informed. For primary care, I take a whole-person approach—looking at physical health, mental health, lifestyle, and preventive needs as one connected picture. We review your symptoms, discuss next steps, and order labs or imaging when needed. For weight management, we explore medical factors, habits, and goals. Treatment may include lifestyle planning or medication options like GLP-1s when appropriate. For aesthetic services, I walk you through your goals, review your anatomy, and explain realistic outcomes so you always know what to expect. Across all services, you can expect clear communication, judgment-free care, personalized plans, and collaborative decision-making. And because CareNexus offers concierge-level access, you can reach out with questions or updates between visits. My goal is for every session to feel supportive, unrushed, and tailored to your whole health—mind, body, and confidence.

More information on payments and coverage

CareNexus is a private-pay practice, which means we do not bill insurance directly. This allows us to offer longer visits, personalized care, and concierge-level access without the limitations or delays that often come with insurance-based care. If you would like to use your insurance benefits, we can provide a detailed superbill after your visit. Many patients are able to submit this to their insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement, depending on their plan. Coverage varies, so we always recommend checking with your insurer to understand your out-of-network benefits. All payments are collected at the time of service. We offer clear, upfront pricing with no hidden fees, and we accept major credit cards, debit cards, HSA/FSA cards, and digital payment methods. CareNexus also offers referral discounts and new-patient promotional pricing to help make care more affordable. If a current patient refers someone to the practice, both individuals may qualify for discounted services. New patients may also receive limited-time promotional rates depending on the service. Aesthetic treatments are always self-pay, as they are not covered by insurance. If you have questions about costs, superbills, or discounts, we are happy to walk you through everything. Our goal is to make high-quality, whole-person care both accessible and transparent.
