About Dr. Paola Hoyo Figueroa
Hi, I’m Dr.Paola Hoyo Figueroa, and I’m a proud graduate of Life University’s Doctor of Chiropractic program. I’m originally from Puerto Rico, where I grew up surrounded by a culture that values movement, community, and taking care of one another.
My journey into chiropractic began thanks to my sister, who is also a chiropractor. Watching her make a difference in people’s lives inspired me to follow the same path. Now, I’m committed to helping others move better, feel stronger, and live healthier lives.
Outside the office, I’m passionate about running—it’s my favorite way to stay active and clear my mind. I also share life with my dog, Milo, an energetic Australian Shepherd who’s always ready to hit the trails with me.

Could not ask for a better experience than with Vinings Spine and Wellness.
After injuring my shoulder, I decided that I had to do something, because it was not getting any better. After only a few treatments, the wonderful team had my shoulder and arm moving and feeling better than it had in about a month.
Vinings Spine and Wellness have the most amazing team. Knowledgeable, experienced, but most of all, caring. They have gone above and beyond from the first day I stepped into their office. I appreciate them and highly recommend everyone to visit them and see what a difference they can make for you and your wellness.

Dr. Hoyo is amazing, knowledgeable, caring, and somehow makes appointments something you don’t dread. She listens, explains everything clearly, and actually makes you feel heard (which already deserves five stars). Her professionalism is matched with a great sense of humor that instantly puts you at ease. You leave feeling better, informed, and wondering why all doctors aren’t like her. Highly recommend Dr. Hoyo!

I was a longtime patient of Dr DeCarlo who sold his practice to Dr Hoyo. I’ve been a chiropractic constituent for decades beginning and ending with Dr DeCarlo so he recommended continuing with Dr Hoyo but I was reluctant because of the great care Dr DeCarlo provided but agreed to give Dr Hoyo a chance. Well 3 months later and I’m still seeing Dr Hoyo so that speaks for itself from a patient that’s been getting and judging such care from multiple doctors over the years due to relocations. She’s great with the servicing and conveying to personally care for her patients…

Our family have been seeing Dr. Hoyo since she came to the office several months ago. She’s always friendly and personable and is a great listener. She is fantastic with my school-age children, one of which has special needs and can have anxiety around doctors appointments in general.
I find Dr. Hoyo’s adjustment style to be firm but gentle. She also recommends lifestyle modifications and home exercises to complement the in-office treatment. I appreciate the way she asks clarifying questions about what’s going on before beginning treatment and explains the ‘why’ behind the issues and what she’s doing or recommending to address them.
Lastly, the office staff are great - professional, friendly, and responsive. They maintain a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere that is so nice to experience in a place that you visit regularly.

I definitely recommend Dr. Hoyo! For my first appointment we looked at my x ray to see how they can treat my migraine and it helped me so much with just one visit. I came back for a second and it helped even more! She always has great energy and explains things very patiently with everyone. The entire office has great energy!

Dr. Moyo is great explaining all treatments and x-ray’s. I felt like she could understand all my symptoms and fully tackle them. I’ve seen so much improvement. Give them a call.
