I had my first appointment last Thursday for a painful elbow. The first appointment seemed to go well because my injury responded well to physical manipulation. The provider insisted that I needed to be seen the next day in order to address my pain. I trusted this was an important part of her protocol. She only had one appointment available and in order to make it work I rescheduled an important meeting. When I arrived she spent 5 min of my 30 min appointment working with me and said “I don’t want to do some of the same treatments two days in a row so that’s all.” I was upset because she had requested I come in two days in a row (likely so she could bill my insurance) and was quite inconvenient. why would she do that if my elbow needed to rest between treatments? She also billed me 3 co-pays at my first appointment meaning that I was required to sign. up for 3 appointments at the first visit. This is very unusual. She has lost my trust.

I was lucky to find Dr Parastoon and Dr Reza on Zocdoc. They move with professionalism, kindness and try to educate me along the way. I went in with a chronic mid back pain that I had for months and couldn’t figure out what the root cause was. After a short period, Dr P diagnosed me and we’ve been working on a treatment plan. I can officially say that their treatment plan has been working! I wake up pain free or with minimal pain. It’s a journey after all. I highly recommend giving them a visit and committing to a few visits a week for a few weeks. You won’t regret it.

I have seen a few chiropractors, and between the adjustment and answers I received, I would not recommend this to anyone ever. The adjustment had a couple of highly subjective assessments including using push and pulling on muscles to demonstrate unbalanced or muscle weakness. In addition, the adjustments were not even close to others which improved my back pain. When asked about the electric stimulator on my back, she proceeded to tell me it was introduction interleukins (this is not true). In immunology, interleukins are inflammatory markers. She did not understand this basic reason why electric stimulators are used. I am highly suspect of their ability as a chiropractor. I will not go back ever.

Reza ChiroMed Center is a great place to visit if you are having back issues. From my service in the military and now my extra long hours at an office job. My upper back is killing me lol! The Reza ChiroMed felt like they just used a different approach than what I am used to. Before I would go to a place like the Joint but they only crack your back at the Joint.. Here at Reza ChiroMed they use so many varieties of solutions to offer treatment to guests. They are so welcoming and smiling. It's a comfortable place to be that's for sure. My fav part if the back massager, Oh Man is that heaven-sent! It massages my back with a high vibration, I feel every ounce of stress from the day just fall off my body :)

This place is incredible!! The doctors are so knowledgeable and take such great care of you. They were able to help me with issues I had been having for years and made me feel so safe and supported during the process. They make sure to get all the information about your past, but also are able to help find problem areas you may not even be aware of. They are so professional but also create such a warm and comforting atmosphere for treatment. I feel so excited to go back every time, and just cannot say enough great things about this office. They know their stuff, and you will not be disappointed. Thank you so much to the reza ChiroMed team!!!

Dr. Pari is a very knowledgeable, professional and gentle!
She explains everything in a simple and clear way, like I was sitting in a college classroom! I learned about the anatomy of shoulder, arms and muscles around it. my pain and discomfort was in my shoulder and upper arm area. after a few visits, I feel much much better, and don't need the pain management therapy anymore! Dr. Pari is very nice and friendly as well. I so looking forward to go to her office on my appointments. I highly recommend her and will continue going to her office to maintain my joints and muscle's health. Thank you Dr. Pari!
