Staff very sweet and respectful but have no clue what they are doing. They wanted to charge a copay on a Worker’s Compensation case. I told front desk lady that not only was no copay but it was illegal to charge for a copay fee. Her explanation was that yes it was because I was the one who booked the appointment. After seeing NP she needed a EKG but I needed to go to another location. Office staff was aware that I needed a medical clearance, why waist my time going to a location that doesn’t have all the equipment’s needed to complete a medical clearance. Waisted 5 hours in total to end going to another provider.

Not only was my appointment indicated as a video call when I set it up, I was sent a corresponding confirmation message corroborating that. When I was waiting in the provider’s virtual portal to be sent let into a telehealth call I was contacted by the office manager who explained that I was not being seen for a virtual appointment after all, and that I couldn’t be seen unless I arrived at their office more than 30 minutes from where I lived. Get your story straight! I will never use nor recommend True Health to anyone seeking care.

My issue actually lies with zoc doc. I was looking for an endocrinologist, and this doctor was suggested. It was actually a consultation, which I didn't need. Zoc doc needs better ways to filter out what the patient is actually looking for. The doctor I was referred to was a primary care physician. I actually took the trip to Williston Park for the appointment, only to be told she is not actually an endocrinologist. A waste of time.

When I met with Dr. Gabby and her assistant, I was given a diagnosis that affirmed my experience of stress-induced anorexia as a result of trauma. While I was disappointed that the office did not move forward with bloodwork exams to rule out any potentially underlying internal issues, they warmly expressed their support of tracking my wellness for the future.

As soon as I walked into the office I was greeted by the pleasant young lady at the front desk. The lady walked me through the steps to start my appointment. No longer had I sat down in the waiting room I was greeted by another pleasant and professional young lady. My Dr came in and talked me through the whole appointment and listened to what I had to say. I did not feel rushed. I would highly recommend this office and DR. to anybody, near or far.

I went into the office and had a strep test which came back positive. The doctor refused to give me a prescription unless I came back into the office or did a telehealth visit. They're just trying to bill me for nothing. Never have I had to come back in for a visit to get a prescrption
