During a recent illness, I made my appointment via ZocDoc for the next morning (the earliest appointment I could get online). Within minutes of making this online appointment, Dr. Romano's office called me to ask if I'd like to be seen that same day. That's great service. Thanks!
Dr. Romano is an excellent doctor. He listens to your concerns and helps to address your medical problems. I would highly recommend him.

Very professional and courteous. Sensitive to my condition and concerns.
Great Doctor Very down to earth listens to you like a friend or family member would listen but better
Dr. Romano listens to what you have to say. He doesn't try to rush you or finish your thoughts. He involves you in your treatment. He is very caring and supportive.
Both the staff and the doctor were excellent. I was seen by the medical assistant within 5 minutes of arriving, and soon after by Dr Romano. He answered all my questions and provided great care. The checkout staff helped me make appointments quickly and were very friendly.
He is the best family doctor we have ever seen. That's why we have followed him to different offices for 10 years!
Professional, succinct, knowledgeable, and a good listener!

He is very thorough and makes me laugh!
I always enjoy going to see Dr Romano.
Dr. Romano was very professional and courteous in the appointment I had with him in the office. The wait time was short and that is always a bonus. We were in and out in less than 45 mins. I would highly recommend Dr. Romano to anyone that is looking for a family physician.
Romano is a true professional that speaks with emotion and is quite encouraging.
Dr. Romano listens to what you say and then proceeds to attend to your health situation. I find him to be honest, compassionate and patient. I would highly recommend this Doctor. On a side note, the office staff has also improved as of late. This is a good thing. Medical staff is great! Only concern I have is if you ask for a referral, call the Dr. office you're going to make sure they have it before you go for your appt. This has been an ongoing concern
Dr. Romano is great! He is very thorough and cares about his paitents.
Very professional. Dr. Romano takes the time to get to know his patients.
Dr Romano listens to your concerns and then treats. Office changes have improved the flow of work. Great visit! Suggestion: Have a few folks cross-trained to handle all referrals. Use a recording to ask for referrals: leaving your name, phone number, Dr's name, address NPI # and diagnostic code to help with regular phone calls getting through Same for RX.
Dr. Romano is a caring, skilled professional who is up to date with all the newest ideas in medicine. He really takes his job seriously, but keeps his interaction with me friendly and open. You couldn't ask for a better doctor!
He takes time out to listen to you
I am not going to this facility
Excellent. Dr. Romano is always professional, courteous and kind. Unlike many of todays professionals that consider you a dollar sign and push you through as quick as possible. He takes the time required to answer all questions and concerns. I have been with Dr. Romano since he was in Jim Thorpe, Pa.

Dr. Romano is the best doctor I have ever had, He listens, takes time with me, and is so sincerely concerned. He is very thorough. I have never met anyone like him. I recommend him to everyone I know who is looking for a GREAT doctor. He is the best kept secret in Main Line Health System. We are so fortunate to have him.
Very positive experience.
The appointment process and grilling to make the appointment and a 6 month subsequent appointment are HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Great doctor horrible nurse. She had no idea what we where there for and because we were 10 minutes late wanted to reschedule. Came from Temple University in North Phila. A patient came in to pick up a script ordered 2 days prior and waited 30 minutes then left without receiving it but we needed to be rescheduled for being late!! Great doc Horrible staff P.S no one was in the waiting room when we got there,
When Joe left the office, he said to me (his mother) "I like him so much, Mom! He was the first doctor who ever listened to ME! I'm going to keep him for my doctor until he dies or I die!"
Very professional. Happy with diagnosis.
