With over 25 years of experience in diverse healthcare delivery settings, including various leadership roles, I am a UCLA-trained Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner (APRN) holding a Master's in Nursing from the University of California, Los Angeles. I have more than 10 years of clinical practice and am dual board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, with a Post-Master's Certificate in Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing from Herzing University - Atlanta.
My current practice combines telemedicine and in-person care, emphasizing an integrative and functional medicine philosophy where I connect health and wellness outcomes with patients on a holistic level. I consult and treat conditions such as obesity, diabetes, high blood pressure, metabolic syndrome, poor gut microbiome health, weight loss therapy and management, general health and wellness, and hormone therapy and management. Additionally, I provide comprehensive lab testing and pharmacogenetic testing.
I also offer telehealth and in-person psychotherapy and medication management for mood and affective disorders including depression and anxiety, delivering trauma-informed care. My goal is to help fill gaps in mental health service access and therapy while addressing co-existing health conditions like obesity and metabolic syndrome, which often result from necessary psychopharmaceutical therapies and can hinder treatment compliance.
I currently offer affordable self-pay rates and often have next-day appointment availability. Insurance and self-pay lab panels are also available. Sliding fee schedules may be offered for eligible low-income patients needing certain mental health services.

From the time I walked it was very pleasant! The M. A. who checked me in was super sweet and very kind. Conversational, she made sure my visit was perfect! Then, when I met with the dr/NP, she was the most perfect person to ever meet with. She was very kind, friendly, attentive, and made me feel comfortable throughout The whole process. I will be back!

This was our first visit with NP Allen and we were so pleased. She was very personable, took her time (was not rushed) and made sure she addressed all of our needs and concerns. She knows how to connect with her patients and it was evident that she truly cared about my son’s well being. I would highly recommend her.

We highly recommend Patti Allen, NP at Rone Health! She first put my nervous husband at ease by listening to his history of chronic pain in the hip, joints and stomach. He’s been to Gastroenterology, Orthopedic and Vascular specialists over the years. He was given all kinds of pain and sleep medication, but nothing worked for long or cured him. In fact, after a while these meds had to be stopped leaving him very depressed as well. A friend suggested he try an integrative approach which Rone Health specializes in. Not only did Patti listen, she then educated us on the latest gut/brain research and recommended various supplements and pain creams that have helped not only his pain but allowed him to get better sleep and sleep through the night. We would definitely recommend her to our friends and other members of family and we have!

Saw NP Patricia Allen for a Sports Recovery & Performance IV, I left feeling Energized, Revived and feeling amazing. Nurse Patty took really good care of me and she is very caring and takes her time with you. I Love being under her care and would recommend anyone to have a visit with her.
