About Dr. Patricia Hopkins

Dr. Patricia Hopkins has been practicing medicine for 30 years. She completed her undergraduate studies at the College of the Holy Cross and earned her Doctor of Medicine degree from Dartmouth Medical School. She completed her residency in Internal Medicine at Tufts New England Medical Center under Castaldi Peter J, MD, and pursued a fellowship at New York University. Dr. Hopkins serves on the boards of the Health Information Exchange for the state of Massachusetts, the Physician Organization of South Shore Hospital, and South Shore PHO. Her new book, The Unmaking of a Drug Dealer: A Physician’s Journey to Becoming a Healer, reflects 35 years of experience helping patients shed the burden of disease and embrace the experience of wellness. *Please note* This is a membership practice that will be established at your first visit. Most relevant

Very pleasant provider, but does not follow through with patient care. I have been waiting two months for my rheumatoid medicine and injection. She even missed an appointment because she has no organization skills. My pharmacy has called the office multiple times with no answer then finally they answer after a week and make excuses. The prior authorization has still not been completed and it’s been two months. I drive two hours just to see her. She also charges a membership fee if you want to be seen for things other than rheumatology. Please don’t use this provider
