My issue has not been resolved, it's actually worst. I didnot feel comfortable with the doctor. She basically was talking to me from the doorway. It wasn't really and examination because she barely looked at my skin, and how can you if your afraid to get near the patient. I was not comfortable so I couldn't explain all the issues I am having.

My experience was great. After I checked in I was seen within less then 5 minutes. The front desk staff were very pleasant. The medical assistant was nice and informative. Dr Kennedy was great overall.

I won’t be going back. I felt like she did not take me seriously and it’s unfortunate that I felt this way. I felt like she was not used to treating black woman. When she entered the room she stood far away and almost looked shocked that I was in her office. She had a lack of empathy. I felt like she didn’t even want to touch me. No cultural diversity in the workplace, yet her receptionist were polite and professional. No photos of any skin conditions in her office for clear view. Plastic clear white chairs suck, COVID or not to wait 30 minutes in a hard plastic chair is unacceptable, my buttocks starting hurting. She won’t do any biopsies, cultures or anything if you don’t agree to sign and give up your rights to sue her as per the law permits if she is negligent medically In performing any procedures, this had me raise an eyebrow. She ask you to sign an arbitration paper and if you don’t she’ll prescribe you medication, but you may not get an accurate diagnosis because she won’t even hardly touch you to say the least. She told me all in one breath what was available and not really helpful at the same time,. Like oh they got this treatment but it’s not guaranteed to help you. I felt dismissed and I won’t be going back. I just felt unwanted. Even the resident assistant or whatever her title is, she did not introduce herself to me, she just started asking me a bunch of questions.
I was prescribed medicine that my insurance provider does not cover and the other medication I’ve been using as prescribed, yet my condition is spreading and is getting worse not better. You only have to tell me once I’m not wanted.

Receptionists were quick and helpful with filling out the new patient documentation. Afterwards, the wait time was quick, and the doctor was quick and thorough in going over preventative health guidance is as well as the actual check up. I had a great experience and will come back to this practice again.
