“I’d like to share honest feedback about today’s visit. The experience started somewhat uncomfortable, as the waiting area felt too small for the patient flow, with limited seating. I had to complete my new patient paperwork standing, which is not typical. The wait time was also longer than expected, though I understand the office was busy. That said, the front desk staff and medical assistant were very attentive and friendly. The provider was excellent… sweet, welcoming, thorough, and clear in her instructions (I loved her!!! ??). She took her time to address ALL aspects of my women’s health without making the visit feel rushed ????. As a Patient Navigation Department Manager, I value patient experience and will confidently recommend PATRICIA MALONEY, PA to my female patients. ?”

This practitioner was top notch. She listened to me, was personable, seemed approachable and knowledge, and was friendly. I felt I could tell her what was going on with me and that she listened and responded appropriately. She was quick and efficient with the procedure but took time to speak with me and to listen.

I had a good experience with this office aside from the fact that they couldn't initially find my appointment. They stated I should call them after booking an appointment to confirm, even though zocdock confirmed. I was still seen in a timely manner though.

My provider did not review my ultrasound prior to my appointment. My provider was not knowledgeable in regard to my prior ultrasound and did not compare the results. When I asked her questions of concern she put me on hold and retrieved a doctor I had never met or consulted with.
