“I would have liked a little bit more contact with the provider, as I felt rushed and didn't think I had the time to share some of my health concerns. The interpreter was fine, but I think a lot is lost when a remote interpreter is involved. I understand our health care providers have to contend with much pressure, and a specific time window in which to spend with each patient, but as a patient, I didn't feel comfortable sharing my health concerns, as I could see the provider simply didn't have time. ”

“Upon arrival, I was checked in. No one at the front desk asked me if I had insurance. I was taken back for vitals and got my weight checked. Upon entering the exam room she tried getting a blood pressure reading. Twice, the readings were extremely high. I noticed she was using a size 11 cuff. After the second reading I asked if they had a bigger cuff (because I go through this pattern at other doctor’s offices) she told me that the one she used was correct because it fit and a bigger cuff could give a false reading. Patricia came into the exam room and that was a great experience. She told me there was no insurance listed and I told her that I am insured but the front desk did not ask me. She also took my blood pressure with a size 12 cuff that was there. My reading was elevated but not to danger zone levers like earlier with the size 11 cuff. The same person who checked my vitals, tried to draw my blood and had to stick me twice. Patricia was the best part of this visit. ?”

I was very satisfied. I was looking for a new provider due to not really caring for the one I had. I am so grateful that I found this provider and her team.
The people were very kind and accommodating.
