She didn’t say “I will be right with you”, or “give me just a moment to get settled and I will be with you”; she sat down and did whatever she had to do and then said “I need your ID and insurance card”…I gave her what she asked for but there was zero care and seemed to be void of any feeing toward the customer. Overall, I got what I went for which turned out to be a two-part visit and I would go back. ”
