What should a new client know about working with you?

My primary practice goal is to provide evidence-based, holistic care by combining psychopharmacology with supportive psychotherapy to enhance (your) mental, physical, and emotional state of well-being. I value collaborative relationships and enjoy tailoring care by taking into account one’s unique identities, background, and environment. I am committed to providing a safe, inclusive space for all.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Initial Conversation: I begin by getting to know what the client needs or is hoping to achieve. I aim to understand their goals clearly so that I can provide the best possible assistance. Clarification and Gathering Information: Based on their needs, I might ask follow-up questions to clarify specifics or gather additional details. This helps me tailor my approach. Providing a Solution: Once I have a clear understanding of the request, I offer a detailed solution, response, or guidance based on the provided details. Finalization and Wrap-Up: Once the client is satisfied, I summarize the work done and wrap up the session, and I let them know they can reach out again at any time. Through this whole process, I keep the communication open, making sure it’s collaborative and responsive to their feedback!
