And that is not all, previously I had been on Adderall and my concentration benefitted immensely. Fast forward to today, and not only do I need help addressing the ADHD, due to life events, another diagnosis has come creeping in. Anxiety. Try medicating that situation. With Patrick's help, we are. Together we have come up with some strategies and we are moving forward. Patrick suggested a tweak to my prescription and so far, I have the concentration to tackle my studies without triggering my anxiety. Things seem more manageable now with his help. ”

“I came to Patrick from another practice as I had recently moved. Honestly, I just picked Patrick from the ZocDoc directory, but what a lucky move. Not that my previous providers were bad, but Patrick just seems more warm, friendly, and engaged. He quickly sorted out a problem I was having with my pharmacy and the next day my medications were available to me. And we are already tapering me off some medication that Patrick helped me understand may not best fit my symptoms. So far the experience has been great.”

What should a new client know about working with you?
I employ an integrative approach that examines all aspects of your life for opportunities at better living. Together we will find the right blend of evidence-based therapies and medications to address your specific needs. I have a special interest in depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and men’s health related issues.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
First sessions will be an opportunity for us to understand our starting point. We will explore your story up to this point and your goals moving forward. A working diagnosis may be arrived to help guide treatment. Medications may be discussed as well as helpful supplements, lifestyle considerations, relationship fostering, and possible lab work to explore metabolic, endocrine, genetic, and allergy factors.
