“I have been suffering for over 27 years from sinus infections at least that’s what I thought I had. I have been to several drs over the years some agreed I had sinus issues and gave me antibiotics, and others disagreed that I didn’t have sinus issues but couldn’t tell me what I did have.
I was just so tired the of pain and I really just wanted to give up but I found online an ENT doctor I had never seen and I thought maybe this one might finally have an answer.. I was so desperate after having several weeks of nonstop pain behind my eyes, shooting pain in my ears, migraines etc. I was able to get in the same day to see this doctor. I was given a CAT scan of the sinuses, and shortly after Dr. DiPasquale came in. He showed me that my sinuses were clear. He did some tests around my jaw area, which was excruciating. Finally, the answer was clear. I had a bad case of TMJ. This appt fell right into place. My prayers have been answered. Thank you Dr. DiPasquale. ”

Dr. Paul DiPasquale, FAACS is a board certified Otolaryngologist (ears, nose and throat specialist) and Plastic and Reconstructive surgeon. He attended high school in Connecticut and then finished college in Pennsylvania. He started his post graduate education at the prestigious Yale University. After receiving his medical degree in Kansas City, Missouri he was awarded Chief resident during his training in the Michigan State affiliated hospitals in Otorhinolaryngology, Head and Neck, and Facial Plastic surgery. He practiced in Michigan before deciding to pursue a fellowship in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the world renowned Cleveland Clinic Health System in Ohio. He returned to work in Michigan before settling and founding the Vitale Institute in Tampa, Florida.
Throughout his medical career, Dr. Paul DiPasquale has researched, written and lectured on multiple ENT, Plastic Surgery and Cosmetic surgery topics at both the local and national levels. In addition he has trademarked his own method to treat allergies without getting allergy shots or injections called Ouchless Allergy ™ and his own facelift procedure called the Revital Lift™, which has brought a more youthful appearance to many patients.
Dr. DiPasquale makes a strong commitment to keeping current with the latest advances in medical and surgical procedures and takes pride in offering his patients’ the highest level of quality care.
