What should a new client know about working with you?

Working with me means entering a judgment-free, collaborative space where your story is heard and respected. I take a holistic, trauma-informed approach to mental health care, blending evidence-based medication management with supportive conversation, lifestyle strategies, and personalized care planning. I welcome clients from all backgrounds and am committed to culturally responsive, affirming care. I believe mental health treatment is most effective when it's a partnership. You can expect me to listen closely, explain options clearly, and involve you in every step of your treatment. Whether you're seeking help for ADHD, anxiety, PTSD, mood symptoms, or navigating major life stressors, we will work together to create a plan that supports your goals and values. Appointments are held via secure telehealth, with flexible scheduling and options for both insurance and private pay. You’ll also have access to superbills and membership plans if paying out of pocket. This is a space where you can show up as you are, no pressure, just progress at your pace.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our work begins with a comprehensive biopsychosocial assessment. I’ll explore your biological, psychological, and social history, as well as your current symptoms, strengths, and challenges. This holistic approach allows me to develop a personalized treatment plan that aligns with your unique needs and goals. If medication is appropriate, we’ll review options together so you feel informed and empowered to make decisions. I also offer supportive conversation, lifestyle and wellness strategies, and brief therapeutic interventions where helpful — always through a trauma-informed and culturally responsive lens. Follow-up sessions focus on ongoing support, medication management, and continued collaboration. Whether you're navigating anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, mood disorders, or delusional disorder, my goal is to help you feel understood, supported, and equipped to move forward. Appointments are held via secure telehealth. I accept most insurance, and offer private-pay options with superbills.
