“Th people were great, but zoc doc booked the wrong appointment. When I showed up I was scheduled for a physical and not a mammogram. That office didn’t even have equipment for mammograms. So disappointed zoc doc let me book an appointment an confirm a mammogram appointment at an office that doesn’t offer them.
All of the staff were great and helpful and very nice! I ended up just getting my physical because I was there and paid for it anyways.”

About Paula Moon
Paula Moon, PA-C graduated from King’s College in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, where she completed the institution’s five-year Physician Assistant program. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Biology with a minor in Neuroscience.
Prior to becoming a Physician Assistant, Paula worked as a caregiver in a nursing home, an experience that helped shape her compassionate and patient-centered approach to care. All of the staff were friendly and answered all of my questions. Paula Moon was a great doctor, listened to all of my concerns and ordered medication, and I received a referral as well. I will be making her my primary care doctor from now on. All tests were explained before and during the examination. Her bedside manner was the best I’ve had in a long time. Paula said she would give me a call as my results come in and follow up with an email as well.
I scheduled this appointment on Monday for a Friday appointment. I showed up 30 min before the appointment, as requested, to ensure the paperwork was completed. I did everything through their portal. Was seen within 9 minutes of checking in. I would
recommend that anyone go here.

Went for for a physical with this provider as a new patient. I got vitals and that’s it. No body measurements, no ears checked, or anything that comes with a physical or even just a new patient establishing care. We discussed some of my medical history, most of that was me telling her about anything that I could think of at the time, not her asking direct questions about my health. Overall, everyone that I encountered at this facility left much to be desired, while there was no misconduct that I could see- they were certainly not friendly, welcoming, or pleasant at all. The woman at the front desk even finished up sending a text before helping me and I know this because there was an audible”swoosh” sound coming from her phone. I went with this provider because she accepts my new insurance and I had have no chronic health conditions that would keep me under the care of a single PCP- I will definitely be going back to my old PCP paying out of pocket from now on.
