About Paula Pollack

Hello, I'd like to introduce myself, my name is Paula and I'd like to give you some insight on where I'm coming from . I have been a Registered, Licensed Dietitian with over 30 years of nutrition based work, life experiences on this rollercoaster ride we are all on, life. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Northern Illinois University and my Masters in Health Care from St Louis University. I thrive in learning each day! I am registered with the American Academy of. Nutrition and Dietetics and licensed in the state of Florida which allows me to practice inn many other states. I find guiding others through the growing complexity of nutrition as it impacts on our well being ! I look at people based on their unique individual experiences and needs. I want to help you discover what may help you and what may be holding you back from living a life that you find very happy and rewarding. Iwhen we feel healthy, confident in our skin, and in our minds -it is all achievable. I do this with you through collaboration in a judgment-free, safe space to achieve your special dreams and goals. I find this the most rewarding and inspiring thing I can do. A little about me personally, I have been married almost 40 years to a great guy, a chef I met while serving tables in college, and now he works as a seafood specialist. A challenge at times because he's great and has a passion for what he does!!! Also, life throws a lot at us and we have weathered many a storm and just keep our rain gear close by! Not easy but that's what builds great endeavors! We have two awesome children, of course! Jess is a kindergarten teacher, and an amazing person who I seek to be more like! Alex who is a kind, wonderful son and person! He is a Data programmer/engineer working at the UN in Vienna Austria for a few years! We get to visit this year, I'm so excited!! In my free time I love to refinish furniture, it's my passion to bring old pieces back to life!!
